At Mavolux, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We now offer shipping to both the United States and Canada. Below you will find details about our shipping process.


Canada Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays
  • Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact info@mavolux.com

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue

Address Policy

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses
  • Please provide a physical street address
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Pre-Order Items (Canada)

When a product is marked as “Pre-Order”, it is temporarily out of stock and currently being restocked.

Shipping Timeline

  • Ships once stock arrives at our warehouse
  • Estimated processing time: 1–2 business days after restock
  • Delivery time: 3–9 business days after shipment (varies by location)

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available
  • To receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders or contact our customer service team

Payment Terms

  • Pre-order items require a deposit or full payment at checkout (depending on the product)
  • If a deposit is selected, the remaining balance will be charged before shipment

  • We offer delivery across the entire United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

  • The final shipping fee is displayed before order completion

Duties & Taxes

  • Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Duties and taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and collected by the carrier
  • Certain products may qualify for preferential duty rates under the USMCA trade agreement

Customs Clearance

  • All international shipments must undergo U.S. Customs clearance
  • Customs processing may add 1–3 business days to delivery time
