How to Track Your Order
Order Tracking
You can easily check the status of your orders in Shopify, whether you have an account or not.
1. Tracking for Registered Customers
- Sign in to your Shopify account.
- Go to Order History to view all your orders.
- Click View Order for the item you want to track.
- Tap Track Shipment to see the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
2. Tracking for Guest Customers
Even without creating an account, you can still track your orders:
- Order Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- Shipping Notification Email: When the order is marked as fulfilled, Shopify automatically sends a shipping email containing the tracking link.
- Order Status Page: You can click the link in your email to view your order status and track the shipment—no login required.
3. How to Track Your Shipment
- Click the “Track Your Order” button in the shipping notification email.
- Click the tracking number link provided by the carrier.
- Visit the Order Status Page using the link in your email.
4. Multiple Deliveries
- If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
- Each shipment will include a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link.
