How to Track Your Order

Order Tracking

You can easily check the status of your orders in Shopify, whether you have an account or not.

1. Tracking for Registered Customers

  1. Sign in to your Shopify account.
  2. Go to Order History to view all your orders.
  3. Click View Order for the item you want to track.
  4. Tap Track Shipment to see the estimated delivery date and tracking number.

2. Tracking for Guest Customers

Even without creating an account, you can still track your orders:

  • Order Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  • Shipping Notification Email: When the order is marked as fulfilled, Shopify automatically sends a shipping email containing the tracking link.
  • Order Status Page: You can click the link in your email to view your order status and track the shipment—no login required.

3. How to Track Your Shipment

  • Click the “Track Your Order” button in the shipping notification email.
  • Click the tracking number link provided by the carrier.
  • Visit the Order Status Page using the link in your email.

4. Multiple Deliveries

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Each shipment will include a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link.
